Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: wildfire hazard reduction and improved wildlife habitat by hand cutting (lop & scatter) standing live and dead Pinyon Pine and Juniper trees and saplings on 750 acres of the Sanpitch area approximately 12 miles north of Gunnison, Utah.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: October 7th, 2025 - April 1st, 2026
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
