BD26-60 Forestry and Conservation Education Outreach Contract

Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Forestry and Conservation education and outreach to K-12 school groups to provide knowledge and tools to make informed decisions related to sustaining natural resources as part of a forestry curriculum program called Project Learning Tree (PLT) that will put on workshops and training.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: From time of award to June 30th, 2027.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
