BD26-30 Fillmore Richfield Aerial Seeding

Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: aerial seeding of a combined 3,927 acres for habitat restoration of 6 different areas in Sanpete, Millard, and Piute counties, Utah starting on or before October 7th, and to be completed by October 16th, 2025.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: from date of award until October 16th, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
