BD26-35 Clarks Valley Aerial Herbicide Application

The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Aerial herbicide application as well as the required herbicides to treat 5,841.3 acres of the Clarks Valley and Mud Springs areas near Price, Utah approximately 13 miles East of Carbon County Regional Airport to be applied between October 15th and November 15th.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: October 15th - November 15th, 2025
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
