The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: A 5-year contract for the supply and delivery of CIVITAS Fungicide in 2.5-gallon, 55-gallon, and 300-gallon totes and containers to four golf course locations in Green River, Sterling, and Midway, Utah. Estimated 500 gallons required each year. Vendor will provide pricing for each container size (delivered) as well the price per gallon for the fungicide.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award..
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
