The BD Accuri™ C6 Plus flow cytometer is a compact, versatile, and highly portable system designed for ease of use. It features both blue and red lasers, along with two scatter detectors and four fluorescence detectors with interference filters optimized for FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5, and APC detection. Its compact optical design, fixed alignment, and pre-optimized detector settings simplify operation. The low-pressure pumping system controls the fluidics, and the sheath-focused core enables event rates of up to 10,000 events per second, with sample concentrations exceeding 5 x 10^6 cells per mL. The BD CSampler™ Plus accessory further streamlines sample processing, making this instrument ideal for our experiments.
