BCUA’s Little Ferry Water Pollution Control Facilities HVAC Work/Chiller Replacement

Project Description: 1.Installation of the new six (6) section modular chiller that has been pre- purchased by the Owner in accordance with the construction documents and all manufacturer requirements, 2. Installation of a new refrigerant detection and exhaust system specific for the existing and new refrigerants in use at the facility. 3. The refurbishment of the two (2) existing cooling tower cells by a manufacturer approved restoration company. 4. All related and ancillary work including piping, duct work, supports, controls, etc. as required for a complete and fully operational plant.
