The Buerau of Clinical Laboratories Mobile Division is seeking to procure the following services:

Qty 3- Single channel ePmotion dispesing tool calibration 10 measurements per test volume. measurements per test volume (mm, mid, max) with preventive
maintenance, as-left calibration - 3x10
Service must include the following:
- Decontamination from the outside
- Change of 0-rings, if required
- Cleaning of the tool (internal and external)
- Exchange of worn-out parts, if required, and re-calibration
- Calibration report and calibration label
-Must supply a ISO 17025 certificate once calibration has been completed

**Pipettes, dispensers and all packaged equipment will  be decontaminated prior to shipping item for service.

Must provide warranty on service and must be able to complete any necessary repairs.

All items must be received and returned with in 2 weeks of receiving the purchase order.
Purchase order is subject o to cancellation if service can not be completed within the 2-weeks.
