Summary

The Bureau of Clinical Laboratories is seeking to procure the following for the Mobile Laboratory:
Annual boiler inspection of the steam generating boiler for the Mobile Lab's AutoClave systems for decontaminating the Laboratory waste .
Must be a close coordination between vendor and the State Inspector, so that they are here at the Mobile Lab at the same time;
State Inspector must visually inspect the inside of the boiler, which can only be done when the technician is in the Mobile Lab completing the annual inspection; Must have a history
and knowledge of the unit requiring service; history of the boiler is required to perform the correct annual services;

Services are needed within two weeks of receiving the Purchase Order
