BCA OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS AND STRATEGIC PLAN

The City of Bloomington (“City”) is seeking proposals to solicit qualified consultants or firms to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to evaluate the current status and future potential of the Bloomington Center for the Arts (“BCA”), a City-owned art center and live production theater. The selected consultant will investigate, document, and analyze the BCA’s operations and business model, including infrastructure, programming, financial performance, community engagement, facility usage, user groups and stakeholders, marketing and rentals, governance and leadership, facility and asset management, customer service and support, risk management, and overall impact.
