BB26-25, Utah Early Childhood Conference

Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Workforce Services.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide the following: Grant funds will be used to support the facilitation and hosting of an affordable and accessible, annual statewide early childhood conference for early childhood and education professionals, to be planned in collaboration with the Department of Workforce Services, Office of Child Care (DWS, OCC) and other partnering agencies and organizations. The contractor will provide coordination, management and monitoring of all conference planning and activities, in cooperation with conference committee members and DWS, OCC. .
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for One Year.
