The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Subordinate Shared Appreciation Loan Program.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The highest scoring vendor.
Length of Contract: 1 year with 4 one-year renewals.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
