The purpose of this request for proposal is to provide statewide infant and early childhood teleconsultation services to Utah professionals who serve this population. The intended outcome of this contract is that young children and families will have increased access to IEC providers with specialized training to identify and treat the IEC population, thus decreasing negative outcomes for their children experiencing early mental health symptom presentations..
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: five years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one year.
