Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Health and Human Services
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide the following: The population served are Vulnerable Adults, as defined in Utah Code ยง 26B-6-201, that are current or potential victims of misuse, mishandling, or exploitation of property, possessions, or assets.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: Five Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for One Year.
