Overview

Summary

The work under this project shall consist of the removal and replacement of 7 Air Handling Units (AHU) and associated Air-Cooled Condensing Units (ACCU), services to include, but not limited to, the modification of existing ductwork (as required for connections to new AHU), provide new refrigerant piping from AHU’s to ACCU’s, and modify electrical connections for new units as required. This will be a complete turnkey solution as described in the project specifications.

Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, August 1, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/172807 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
