Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify
the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items
have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: CLARIFICATION
Q1: Please verify what is being done to each structure based on two structures to be modified.
A1: Two (2) structures are to be modified as indicated in the bid schedule. The western structure shall have weep
holes drilled as shown in the plans. The structure located on the east end shall be modified by bricking up and
applying grout to the pipe coming out of the existing inlet.

Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260289. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
