Description:

The Town of Yarmouth invites sealed bids for the Bayberry Hills Golf Course Patio Renovation project.

Sealed General Contract bids will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 3:00 PM on January 30, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work includes patio reconstruction and associated site improvements as shown in the Plans and Specifications.

Bid documents will be available beginning January 15, 2026, at the Town of Yarmouth website: https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx .

A bid deposit equal to 5% of the Bid Price is required.

The bidding and award of this contract shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c.30, §39M.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities if it is in the Town’s best interest.
