Bayberry and Creekside Wall Repair

Project Description: The project includes two locations: (1) a retaining wall repair along Bayberry Lane and (2) alley and wall replacement along Creekside Circle, Frisco, Texas. Work includes the construction of approximately 790 linear feet of concrete beam with rock anchors in front of the existing retaining wall along Bayberry Lane; 370 linear feet of alley replacement and wall replacement along Creekside Circle. The project also includes backfill replacement. pavement replacement, and the replacement of concrete sidewalk. Construction work must be completed within 180 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed after 180 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement.
