BAY STATE SPORTS PARK IFB

CITY OF LAWRENCE INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for the Bay State Sports Park project in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Lawrence and Groundview Inc. et al. Sealed Bids, marked SEALED BID- BAY STATE SPORTS PARK will be received until 1:30 p.m. June 10, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

The scope of work includes: Installation of walkways, crosswalks, sport courts, site lighting, skate park, stormwater infrastructure, landscaping and the installation of owner provided equipment. Bid documents can be downloaded at https://www.cityoflawrence.com/Bids.aspx  on May 27, 2025. All interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to visit the site and submit questions to the city.
