Overview

Summary

The City of Norfolk seeks a qualified contractor to expand the existing fire alarm and detection system aboard the Battleship Wisconsin, provide annual system inspection and system repairs on an as-needed basis.

The Contractor shall be certified by Honeywell to install and maintain Notifier systems.

Pre-Proposal Meeting (Mandatory):

July 16, 2025, 11:00am

MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and site visit. Attendance at this meeting is required to be eligible for award of the agreement. Offerors who attended one of the mandatory meetings for RFP 10011-0-2025/KJO do not need to attend this meeting.
LOCATION: Nauticus, 1 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA. Meeting location will be in front of the main door. Please arrive no later than 10:50am in order to be escorted inside.
