Project Description: The Rome Floyd County Development Authority is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of the Campus Demolition at the Battey Business Park in Rome, GA. Demolition will include hazardous waste removal.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at
10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of April 2026 at the
project site, starting at the entrance gated located north
of the intersection between Charlton Street NW and
Marable Way
