Bathroom Exhaust/Negative Pressure Electrical

The Home is soliciting pricing for the purchase of various electrical materials only, consisting of, but not limited to, couplings, wire, panels, conduit, etc., as part of a major facility renovation project that is being rolled out in phases. Installation is not part of this contract. The quantities listed herein are estimated only, the contract shall be for the amount actually ordered during the contract period. Quantities are an estimated total amount of electrical supplies needed for the duration of the entire renovation project and will be ordered by the Project Manager on as needed basis. Overall project duration is anticipated to be a total of 5 years.

The Home intends to award four (4) separate contracts for each of the four (4) lots based on the contractors who meet the specifications and qualifications as the most qualified, responsible low bidder for each individual lot. Bidders can provide proposal(s) for any number of lots of their choosing however, bidders must be able to provide ALL items in the individual lot. Pricing must be complete for EACH lot to be considered for award. Failure to provide ALL items in a LOT will result in a disqualification for that individual lot.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of the Home who are designated as the contact person(s) in the bid specifications.
