Bath, ME – Richardson Street Roadway and Storm Drain Improvements

The Project includes the following Work:

Replacement of storm drain and trench patching on a portion of State Road (approximately 400 feet), Pine Hill Drive (approximately 400 feet), and West Street (approximately 100 feet). Replacement of storm drain and pavement on Richardson Street from State Road to Redlon Road (approximately 500 feet). Replacement and construction of storm drain, disconnection of catch basins from sewer, and replacement of pavement and base aggregate on Richardson Street from Redlon Road to High Street (approximately 1,600 feet). Reconstruction of the Lilac and Richardson Street intersection. Cross country storm drain between Richardson Street and Western Avenue.

The project must achieve substantial completion and final completion within 396 days and 426 days, respectively, from Notice to Proceed. Work must begin no later than June 1, 2026. The intent is for the work to reach substantial completion by July 2, 2027, and final completion no later than August 2, 2027. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day.
