This emergency goods requirement is for water filters and associated fittings to be delivered to the Batavia VA Medical Center located at 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020 to include freight in support of a legionella outbreak.

This notice of intent to sole source with justification satisfies the public posting requirements of FAR 13.501.
This notice is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
