This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warrantee if applicable.  By submitting quote(s) for this solicitation, you are guaranteeing quoted pricing for 60 days.  No adjustments are permitted once a purchase order have been generated and received.
Scope of work Spalding Basketball Hoops that are provided by the Ohio Department of Youth Services Indian River, 1) Instruction manual provided. 2) Contractor will need to assemble and install basketball hoop to manufactures specification. 3) Concrete will need to be cut to dig 3ft deep x 2ft diameter hole and concrete poured to Install J-bolts to secure basketball hoop to. 4) Contactor is responsible to pull all permits and inspections for all work to be performed. 5) Contactor responsible to remove all trash and debris from work area daily. 6) Site location- 2775 Indian River RD Massillon, Ohio,44646 7) Work-site walk through Monday August 17, 026, at 11:00am. 8) Contractor will be responsible to contact Ohio811 before work can begin to check for underground utilities. 9) All bids due on August 22, 2026.
