Project Description: The City is seeking proposals for the following:
• Fully insured group term life insurance (employee and employer paid) • Fully insured group long term disability (LTD) insurance (employee paid) • Fully Insured group short term disability (STD) insurance (employee paid)
The City will be selecting one carrier for its employees. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a 36-48 month rate guarantee.
