The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the purchase of Baseball / Softball Equipment.
The equipment must be delivered to the City by Friday, March 3, 2025.
Quantities are approximate based on last year's participation and are subject to change.
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
