Base Telecommunication Systems (BTS) at Altus AFB, OK

The 97th Contracting Flight, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of Base Telecommunication Systems (BTS) services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services, unless specified in the contract as Government Furnished Property (GFP). Work under the PWS will support the mission of 97th Communications Squadron at Altus Air Force Base by providing highly reliable wired telecommunications and networked voice, video and data services. The contractor shall perform Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and other services required to ensure the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517111. This is a 100% 8(a) Set Aside.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are advised that failure to register in the SAM prior to submission of the proposal will render the firm ineligible for award. It is recommended that a firm registers immediately in order to be eligible for a timely award.
