Scope of Services
The successful Respondent will provide base camp and logistics services for one or more Participating Members in the wake of an emergency event. The below scope includes services that may be requested in a Notice to Proceed, Task Release, or Task Order (Authorization) by an Issuing Member; however, the Issuing Member may authorize less than all of the services described to meet its needs.
Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to provide one or more base camp locations throughout Issuing Member’s service area. The specific locations of base camp services and the capacity requiring accommodations will be included in the Authorization, but contractor should expect to provide base camp services for a population ranging from 150 to 1,500 individuals.
