Bartlett Sanitary Manhole Rehabilitation Project

Notice is hereby given that The Village of Bartlett, Cook, DuPage and Kane Counties, IL. will receive sealed bids at the main office of the Village of Bartlett, 228 S. Main Street , Bartlett, IL. 60103, until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be acted upon at such time and place as can be scheduled for Board action.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The work shall consist of the rehabilitation of approximately 40 sanitary manhole structures including patching and grouting, geopolymer wall coating, and related work as further described in the Contract Documents.  The Scope of the Project shall include all equipment, materials, labor, training, warranties and construction materials. This Contract may also be renewed for two (2) additional one-year terms upon agreement between the Contractor and the Owner.
