Pre-Bid Meeting:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Building, Planning, and Zoning Office conference room in the City Complex located at 110 Sherman Street. All prospective Bidders must attend this pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their Bid.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement.
