Barkhamsted Housing Trust, Inc. Mallory View Homes Construction Project

Barkhamsted Housing Trust, Inc. (BHT) is requesting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the Mallory View Homes Construction Project at 104 Old New Hartford Road, Barkhamsted, CT. The project scope is new construction of 20 apartments in 4 buildings on a vacant site. Initial site preparation work will have been completed with other funding prior to the start of this project. BHT will receive completed, signed, and sealed bids up until 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided and in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the appropriate title. Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 12 p.m. at the project site, 104 Old New Hartford Road, Barkhamsted, CT.
