BAREFOOT BEACH PARK CONCESSION SERVICES

As requested by the Collier County Parks and Recreation Division (hereinafter, the “Division or Department”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Invitation to Negotiate (hereinafter, “ITN”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Vendor(s)in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated.

Historically, County Departments/Divisions have received approximately $26,000 in annual revenue; however, this may not be indicative of future buying patterns.

The Collier County Parks and Recreation Department (CCPRD) is seeking a Vendor to provide concessionaire services at Barefoot Beach located at 505 Bonita Beach Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134.

The beach facility includes approximately 8,200 feet of beach area along with site amenities such as 402 parking spaces, a boardwalk café, foot showers, a handicapped boardwalk, and restroom facilities. The beach is open from 8:00 a.m. to sunset, 365 days per year. Based on historical data for the last operational year, the annual attendance for Barefoot Beach exceeded 261,000 visitors.
