Summary

Right-of-Acquisition, Roadway Design, New Utility Design, and Post Design Services for the preparation of construction documents consisting of plans, specifications and bid forms for roadway improvements to a 2.9-mile section of Barclay Avenue and associated improvements from Powell Road to Lucky Lane connecting into the completed design at Lucky Lane.
