Description: The City of Campbell is pleased to be issuing a request for proposals (RFP) to prepare a transportation analysis (TA) for the proposed development (PLN-2026-27) located at 980 East Campbell Avenue and 2029-2045 South Bascom Avenue. The project would replace an existing gas station with eight fueling positions, the former Hickory Pit Restaurant (6,097 square feet building), and 3,200 square feet of retail with 324 residential units, approximately 6,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and 577 parking spaces. For convenience, the project site plan and various sheets from the current plan set are attached to this RFP.
