BAPSC Fire Department Annex Building

BAPSC FIRE DEPARTMENT ANNEX BUILDING: This project will be located at the Broken Arrow Public Safety Center (BAPSC) at 1101 North 6th Street, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012. It will include the renovation of an existing storage building. The building is a single-story concrete and steel frame building consisting of offices, restrooms, garage bays, and a mezzanine level. The building is approximately 10,300 square feet. The project also includes an alternate for the inclusion of a covered parking structure. Due to the secure nature of the construction site all contractors and subcontractors must be able to pass a mid-level background check, meaning they cannot be a convicted felon, a wanted fugitive, have outstanding warrants, or be named as a defendant in a protective order. BIDS WILL BE OPENED publicly at 2:00 p.m. on March 27, 2025.
