Request for Proposal - Banking Services - The City invites commercial institutions with home offices or branch facilities within the corporate city limits of Centralia, Illinois, who possess the capability and expertise to provide depository and various other banking services for the City, to submit proposals for such services. Details of the RFP are available on the City's website ( www.cityofcentralia.org ) or can be obtained through the City's finance director at 618-533-7633 or by email at jhenderson [at] cityofcentralia.org ( jhenderson[at]cityofcentralia[dot]org ) . All proposals must be delivered or received in triplicate in a sealed envelope by 10:00 a.m. on November 4, 2026 at the City of Centralia City Hall - 101 S. Locust, Centralia, Illinois 62801.
