TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following questions were submitted by a potential bidder. Our answers
are listed below in red:
Banking Services Minimum Requirements #17 and 18-Kiosk Questions
Please confirm that all First Horizon has to do is provide access for the Kiosk.
Yes. Only floor space.
Please confirm the branch staff expectations to answer questions concerning the
kiosk.
Branch staff will not have to do anything. If they are asked any questions, they can
tell the customer to talk with the Trustee’s office using the phone on the kiosk.
Please describe the process to alert the county with the machine malfunctions.
The County will automatically get alerts from the kiosk is something is wrong.
What (if any) requirements does the county have on branch staff concerning the
kiosk.
If they are asked any questions, they can tell the customer to talk with the Trustee’s
office using the phone on the kiosk.
Attachment H: Custodial Services, Custody Accounts
Will the County provide a statement for reference to determine the size of the custodial
account? If not, can you provide the market value of the custodial account?
The market value of the custodial account is approximately $650,000,000
Approximately how many transactions (purchases, sells & maturities) occur monthly and
how often?
We have approximately 2-15 transactions per month.
Approximately how many transfers occur to the County’s bank account monthly and how
often?
Transfers to and from the custodial account to the County’s bank account can range
from 2-15 transactions per month as well. The volume can possibly be higher at the end
of the tax season.
Confirm the number and types of securities held in the custodial account.
The custodial account can hold commercial paper, treasury notes, and government
agencies/bonds.
How often are physical securities deposited to the bank?
Average from 2 transactions to 15 transactions. Is it required to have the ability to
receive physical securities or is this a deal breaker?
The bank needs to have the ability to provide safekeeping in order for the securities to
flow thru.
Is there a need for pledging or releasing securities today and if so, for what reason?
Currently there is no need for pledging or releasing securities.

How many check scanners does the County have today? And what type of scanners?
Most county office’s that take payments have check scanners. Digital Check Scanners
Model CS35, TS240-50IJ, TS240-75iJ, or TS240-100IJ
How many check scanners do the schools have today? And what type of scanners?
The schools currently only have 1 scanner; CS35.
Attachment H: Section A, Banking Structure and Attachment G-2
Attachment H has 158 accounts, but Attachment G-2 only has 1 account for the volume.
How many school accounts are there? 158 accounts.
