ADDENDUM #2
The plans and specifications are modified, corrected, augmented or supplemented as follows
and this Addendum #2 is hereby made a part of the RFP documents. Vendor shall note on the
form below that this Addendum #2 has been received and include the completed form in the
submitted proposal.

Minimum Requirements
* Can you please provide some context and/or expand on what is required for the notation of
"agree to periodic Board reporting?" Due to the investment portion of this RFP there may be
times that a report to the Board would be best from the bank.
Banking/Treasury Management Services
* Please provide an Analysis Statement for First Merchant Bank we do not have copies of the
analysis statement for First Merchant Bank.
Corporate Credit Card
* Can you please provide total annualized spend on your existing PNC Corporate Credit Card?
Annual spend for July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 was $169,514.48
Merchant Services
* Is there any seasonality to the card payments processed? No
* Type of equipment used (including POS terminals, stand-alone units, etc.)
How many terminals, standalone units, etc. are used? Stand alone units and there are

two, and one POS in the bookstore.
* Do you process any credit card transactions outside of the United States? If so, what
countries? No
Section 8/ Payroll and Disbursement Services
* What percentage of employees receive check/direct deposit/payroll cards? Employees first
pay is by check to verify direct deposit is working, then all payrolls are direct deposit. No
payroll cards.
* Does the College outsource any of its payroll processing? No
