Project Description: This project is being funded through the Property Rehabilitation Program and, or HUD Lead Based Paint Hazard Control in Priority Housing Program. Contractors must be aware that the City of Norwich is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Contract documents including the lead abatement plan and property rehabilitation specifications may be obtained from the Office of Community Development, 23 Union Street, Norwich, Connecticut, Office hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. A pre-bid conference will be held on 05-15-26 at 11:00 am. at the project location. Your attendance at that meeting is recommended to bid on this project.
