Project Description: The Hillsborough County Conservation and Environmental Lands Management Department seeks an experienced and qualified vendor to lease up to 342 County acres (as an annual revenue to the County) at the Balm Scrub Nature Preserve for the primary purpose of grazing cattle. The lease agreement shall also require and include vendor spraying and control of invasive plant species, to include “In-Kind Services”; fertilization, fencing repairs, road improvements, and the removal of feral hogs, nuisance and/or exotic animals for a period of eight (8) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
