This amendment is written to include the total quantity of Hyper Concealable™ HYPERLINE™ Level IIIA - Black, ballistic vests needed and to extend of the date for reponses. The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct award to Safe Life Defense LLC 1379 Raiders WAY Henderson, Nevada 89052-4618 (SAM UEI: MN11BA63AZX5) for 436th Security Forces Squadron. To meet the requirements stated in DAFI 31-118: SF personnel conducting law enforcementoperations must have lightweight body armor with minimum threat level II or higher, AFSC SMARTNet website was utilized to find a list of approved equipment.

The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source.
