THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted.
All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time.
Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive response and award with a Contractor(s) to provide Ballistic Helmets, Body Armor, Communication Devices, and Equipment and Accessories, on an as needed basis.
The Minnesota State Patrol purchases approximately twenty-five (25) units of Ballistic Helmets, Multi-Curve, Ceramic Plate, Body Armor, and the Helmet Communications Devices, as defined in the Specification of this Solicitation, on an annual basis.
QUESTIONS. If you have questions about the contents of the RFP, you must submit your questions to Jeffrey Combs at jeffrey.combs@state.mn.us by 3:00 PM on August 28, 2025.
For questions about the SWIFT Supplier Portal, please contact the Vendor Help Desk at 651-201-8100, Option 1, Option 1.
