Ballistic Glass Replacement - Bowie City Hall

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and construction services for the replacement of five ballistic glass panels at the Community Services’ transaction windows in the lobby of Bowie City Hall, located at 15901 Fred Robinson Way Bowie, Maryland. Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/6134_Ballistic_Glass_Replacement___Bowie_City_Hall . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/6134_Ballistic_Glass_Replacement___Bowie_City_Hall until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.  Please report to City Hall front lobby, located at 15901 Fred Robinson Way, Bowie, Maryland, no later than 9:15 a.m.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/6134_Ballistic_Glass_Replacement___Bowie_City_Hall .  Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
