Baldwin Creek Cedar Estates Detention Basin Modifications 1708

The work generally consists of:
1) Topsoil import to raise the berms of the existing north and south basins to elevation 910,
2) Installation of a new outlet structure and headwall for the southern basin,
3) Installation of two Newbury rock riffles within the outlet stream channel,
4) Installation of one rock sill within the outlet stream channel,
5) Installation of an orifice plate on the existing culvert, and
6) Repairs to the existing 48” equalizer culverts to prevent leakage through the pipe lifting holes.
