1. The Township of Lower Merion invites qualified and experienced Painters to provide their services to implement the “Bala Cynwyd Library Selective Exterior Painting” project as described in this RFP.

4. Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the Pennbid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Proposals will be received until 11 am, prevailing time, October 9, 2025, consisting of:
a. Proposal
b. Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder
c. Bidder’s Qualifications
d. Any other Exhibits or documents that may be requested herein
Questions regarding the project scope and site visit requests shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of October 3, 2025.
All interested Bidders may, at their convenience, view the exterior project area. Bidders are responsible to provide their own ladders, etc.
