Description

VA is seeking to lease a maximum of 6,102 rentable square feet (RSF) of clinical space in Bakersfield, California. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include a minimum of 24 on-site surface parking spaces.



Lease Term: 20 years, 5 Years Firm.

Bounded on the East: CA-99



Bounded on the South: McCutchen/Hosking Ave.



Bounded on the West: Allen Rd.
