General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

PC25-038 Baker Court Utility & Roadway Improvements Mott MacDonald Project No. 502101059-007

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until Thursday, August 14, 202 5 at 2:00 pm CT. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall Room 238 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.

The Project includes the following Work:

Construction of stormwater conveyance and paving of Baker Court starting from Frankford Avenue travelling east of Fairy Avenue to a dead end. The construction is to include but not limited to, roadway replacement, Miami style curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway replacement, storm drain structures, and water and sewer utility replacements.

The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.

Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 2:00 pm CT in the Purchasing Division Room 238 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents
