Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from interested entities for the construction of a new equestrian facility of equal or better quality and size than the existing facility. The new facility will be constructed on the County’s Northwest Equestrian Park. As consideration for the construction of the new facility, the County will convey the property (land) and facilities associated with the existing Bakas Equestrian Center that is located at 11510 Whisper Lake Trail in Tampa, Florida upon completion and acceptance by the County of the new facility.
