Project Description: SCOPE: The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a Comprehensive Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Plan for the Bailey BRT Corridor. This scope focuses on plan development activities and includes the following tasks:
• Contract Management • Public Outreach & Transparency Plan • Existing Conditions • Public & Private Sector Participation • Bailey Corridor Comprehensive ETOD Plan
